FREE Domestic and International shipping

Delivery times include both production time (1-2 days) and shipping time, which may vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Production begins only after the order is confirmed.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS with most orders shipping from production facility in USA. Average delivert time is 7-10 business days. We don't offer a combined shipping. International shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks, though delays may occur due to customs processing. Recipients may be responsible for any customs duties or VAT imposed by their country.

Custom-Made Products - No Right of Withdrawal

All products sold in our store are custom-made and produced individually upon order.

Before checkout, customers select:

• a specific artwork design,
• the printing method,
• the exact size and format.

Because each item is manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, it cannot be resold to another customer.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• damaged during shipping,
• with a manufacturing defect, or
• not matching the confirmed order specifications,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will:

• produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost, matching the original order specifications, or
• if replacement is not possible, issue a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights or your rights under PayPal Buyer Protection.
